Pine Rivers Netball Association - 2025 Great Barrier Reef Masters Games Nomination Information

Pine Rivers Netball Association is excited to participate in the 2025 Great Barrier Reef Masters Games in Cairns! We are aiming to field teams in the following categories:
- Over 30s
- Over 40s
- Over 50s
- Mixed Team
*The final number of teams and age groups will depend on the number of trialists.*

- Trial Date: Monday, 13th January 2025
- Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Location: Pine Rivers Netball Association

Proposed Schedule
Departure: Thursday, 29th May 2025 (TBC)
Return: Sunday, 1st June or Monday, 2nd June 2025 (TBC)
All accommodation and travel will be booked by PRNA.

PRNA Senior State Age – Inaugural Boys Team

PRNA is excited to announce the formation of our inaugural boys' team to compete in the Senior State Age Championships in 2025!

Players will represent PRNA in regional carnivals and compete in the Netball Queensland Senior State Age Championships in April 2025, held at Ipswich Netball Association.

Trials for the 2025 Senior State Age teams will be held on the 2nd and 9th of November 2024.

A new Representative Policy is currently under review and will apply to all players participating in the 2025 season. Once finalised, all successful players and guardians will be required to review and agree to the policy before participation.

PRNA Greater Brisbane Netball League (GBNL)

Players will represent PRNA in the Greater Brisbane Netball League, competing against top teams from across the region.

Trials for the 2025 GBNL teams will be held on the 1st and 8th of February 2025.

A new Representative Policy is currently under review and will apply to all players participating in the 2025 season. Once finalised, all successful players and guardians will be required to review and agree to the policy before participation.

All players must be available for both trial dates. If unavailable, players must provide written notice to the Coaching Officer via email at coachingofficer@prna.com.au. Players must also supply references from their most recent coaches or clubs.

Welcome to the Pine Rivers Netball Association (PRNA) Junior Representative Development Program!

This program is designed for players born between 2011-2013 who are eager to enhance their netball skills and represent Pine Rivers in the 2025 season. As part of our commitment to nurturing young talent, all players wishing to trial for the Junior Representative Program must first attend our Development Program.

The Development Program will run on Tuesday and Thursday nights, starting January 21, 2025. It provides an excellent opportunity to focus on fundamental skills, build game awareness, and prepare for the competitive environment of the Junior Representative teams.

Trial Dates:

Trial 1: February 15, 2025 (All players must be registered with a PRNA affiliated club prior to the first trial date to be eligible)
Trial 2 (By Invitation): February 22, 2025
Teams Announced: February 24, 2025
The fee for the Development Program and trial nomination is $125, which covers the full program and trial process. Please note, This is a non refundable fee.
