Pine Rivers Netball Association (PRNA) is now accepting applications from experienced and passionate individuals interested in becoming Selectors for our 2025 Representative Teams.

Role Overview: As a PRNA Selector, you will play a crucial role in identifying and selecting players for our Representative Teams across various age groups. Your insights and decisions will directly impact the formation of teams that represent PRNA in major competitions, including the Greater Brisbane Netball League (GBNL) and State Age Championships.

Selector Responsibilities:

• Attend all scheduled trials and selection meetings.
• Assess player performance based on skill, potential, and alignment with PRNA values.
• Collaborate with coaches to ensure the best team composition.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to players during the selection process.
• Maintain impartiality and uphold the integrity of the selection process.
• Adhere to PRNA’s selection criteria and guidelines.

Important Information:

• Eligibility: Applicants should have a strong background in netball, either as a coach, former player, or experienced selector.
• Availability: Selectors must be available for all trial dates and selection meetings, typically held between November and February.
• Development Program: Selected individuals will be invited to participate in a brief induction to familiarise themselves with PRNA’s selection processes and criteria.
• Blue Card: All Selectors must hold a valid Blue Card.
